Can anyone identify this watch?
This is a watch from my late grandfather. It appears to be a Laurier, but I can’t find much info about that brand, let alone the model. Any insights would be helpful.

Anything on the caseback? Do you know if it’s mechanical or quartz?
Not much info about the brand anywhere, can you send some other pics? Of caseback, and of the logo on the dial without the hands in front? Would be cool to see how thick it is too, if it's solid gold, etc. From the front photo it looks like it could an obscure gold triple calendar from the 40s-50s, a plated pre-quartz 70s 'neo vintage' triple calendar (a la the Zodiac triple calendar), or maybe a modern quartz replica? Hard to tell. Cool looking watch!
