New Strap, Who Dis?
I'm one of those weirdos who decided to keep the original strap on his Seiko Alpinist 017: I *did* replace the buckle with a third-party deployant clasp, which did class things up a bit, but after a while I had to admit the strap's overall look hadn't aged well. But I couldn't sort out what to get until I found a source for OEM straps via the 'Bay. Much, much nicer.
