Citizen Eco-Drive
At last, my Citizen Eco-Drive was released to me by the authorized service center (Manila, Philippines). Took it in last June 2023 and got it today, August 5, 2023. Service center said last June it will take 2-3 mons. They replaced the weak capacitor, cleaned the watch and replaced O-ring. All is well.

I was in the Philippines a few months ago. I don't think I saw one smart watch, but I would guess about a third of the people there had a watch on their wrist. There were lots of watch repair kiosks and watch specific stores at the malls too. I enjoyed seeing so many people wear real watches.

Originally, cost estimate was 2,300 Philippine Pesos. But I was given a 500 Pesos discount. Final price was 1,800 Philippine Pesos.
