Gold Watches Should Be Worn at Night
1970s Waltham something or other automatic. Haven’t yet found the reference and honestly, cracking open the case myself isn’t my favorite idea on older watches, not without an understanding of any gaskets etc i will find and how old they are. At any rate, the 1970s had proper gold tones, not the (to me) hideous yellow of modern gold.

That's odd as I've heard the opposite, at least for accessories. Something like gold is the Sun and silver is the Moon.
