It looks very Seiko SNK800 series, not that this is a bad thing, especially as NOS ones are getting very scarce.
Every difference seems to be in the right direction. Sandblasted case, crown angled and recessed, dropping the name on the dial. Case shape is subjective. Lugs may be a tad shorter?

There advertised Lugwith 20mm.
I am thinking to by it because it has practical vh31 quartz movement, light Titanium case and sapphire crystal.
But I don't like dark Titanium colour on photos 🥺
