Has anyone purchased a watch from China? Looking to buy a Chinese-exclusive NOMOS, but need some tips on doing it!

I found a Chinese exclusive NOMOS Club that I really want to get my hands on in the US. I'm fighting an uphill battle trying to get an account and shipping figured out, but does anyone have any tips for acquiring a Chinese exclusive model? Is it a losing battle?
