Maybe I don't really know, I got this watch really cheap, for less than 20$.

I forgot to chide you for saying Russian when it was Soviet (says CCCP at bottom), so it's 30+ years old. I wouldn't expect it to glow too long, but I can't tell whether the paint is trying to be gold or glow-in-the-dark.
