That Astra is tempting me. How does it feel on the wrist?
It feels amazing! So comfortable and such an easy wearing experience. I always wore 42mm watches and going to the 36mm was an adjustment, but only that first day. By day two, it seemed totally natural, like I should always be wearing a watch like this! It is so well done, well executed and great specs all around too! Highly recommend!

Thanks for your insights! I am truly thinking about preordering the Astra, still undecided between the white or the blue. That lume is beautiful. How is the domed crystal?

The domed crystal is amazing! I have a Speedy with the hesalite so I’m used to it and love the warmth that it gives. It looks much more mid-century vintage and less modern. Personally I love blue for almost everything in my life (clothes, my truck, etc) so I had to go blue. But that’s totally up to you for what you like to wear or how well it fits in your collection. Thanks for those pictures. The crystal truly looks amazing. I just have a cheap M79 from Timex with a domed acrylic crystal, but I love it. And I am a sucker for blue, too. Maybe I’ll make it my christmas present.
