I am going through settings via app and if anyone can help me with auto light. I know how to set it up, but I am wondering if it is good for the battery.

Should I use it or not?

Assuming you are talking about the light going on when you raise the watch? Definitely will be a significant drain on the battery life. So it’s a question of how much utility you find in the function. For me, I don’t need to look at the time every time I raise my arm up

Don't know about that particular model but Casio limits auto light in others to a maximum of 6 hours to save battery life.
