Ceramic is highly scratch resistant
Ceratanium is better than normal ceramic because it is titanium with ceramic coating, so it won't scratch but won't shatter/chip like ceramic
Neither one moves the needle for me.
I love IWC watches overall, but I have to go with the Zenith on this one.
