Well, it is a German (my 1st language) word: "Jaeger", meaning "hunter", so you could pronounce it like the family name of the famous pilot Chuck Yaeger;
The French (my 2nd language) pronounce it "Sheshe" - sounds weird to me.
"LeCoultre" is obviously French, so "Yaeger lecootr" is my preferred way.
