At long last, the wait is over after 1.3 years and my @ChristopherWard Bel Canto has finally arrived! Extremely comfortable, both the titanium and the very well made strap. The chiming is a bit on the soft and slightly underwhelming side. But the striking looks are just so impressive that one forgets about the actual raison d’être of the watch, the chiming. Very, very nicely executed and yes, I will admit it, worth the wait.

Their business model is getting worse though: the delays aside, they promised to take care of all duties. I got stuck with the bill and now they’re ghosting me. Likewise, when asked how my deposit and the rrrp are up to whatever they claimed I had to pay, radio silence again. So do take whatever they say with a massive grain of salt, be it delivery times, claims to reimburse you or their accounting. Care to comment @ChristopherWard ?

Go on Reddit if you want more opinions of people with similar stories. I’ll say that the watch is great though. My personal experiences with the business have been less than stellar though.
