Most efficient way to sell a watch

While on watchuseek and Reddit I’ve noticed there are watch collectors who have sold hundreds of watches there, where there is no commission or fees to be paid. eBay charges something like 20% of a transaction. I’ve sold two watches on chrono24 and they took around 6%. Thinking long term, I know I will be selling plenty of watches; I sometimes like to get a watch for a few months, enjoy it, and then swap it for something else. If I sell on chrono24 I will probably lose money over time due to the commission, whereas selling on watchuseek or Reddit I think I’ll be able to get back what I paid (as long as I remain disciplined), making my hobby around break even. Is there someone here on WC who knows how to get going selling on watchuseek or Reddit? How do you 1) sell the first few watches when you don’t have references to point to (to establish trust in the buyer, which chrono24 and eBay provide through their escrow service), and 2) what are the mechanics of selling? I’ve seen things like “bump” and other esoteric actions it appears you have to take during the sale process. I have no idea. If anyone can either provide or point me to a comprehensive “how to” guide, I’d certainly appreciate it, and I’m sure it would serve as an invaluable resource to the WatchCrunch community! Thanks in advance! 💪
