Weird Watch Wednesday: the Hamilton PSR. This watch is a modern reissue of the first ever digital quartz watch. Incidentally, the original version of this piece - The Hamilton Pulsar - was featured in the 1973 James Bond movie, “Live and Let Die”, starring Roger Moore. Pretty great piece, if not the original, and a very comfortable and simple watch to wear and enjoy.

How do you like this watch? My wife is somewhat obsessed with this watch but hasn’t pulled the trigger on it. She is very into unique watches! Would you recommend?

It's a fun watch. It is very minimal - time only. It's not very chunky, and the bracelet is very comfortable with a sleek and slim taper. It is sized with friction pins, but sizing was pretty easy, and the links are on the small side, which makes finding the right size pretty easy (it's like having a bracelet full of half-links). The clasp is a push-button butterfly clasp. It would be pretty cool for her to wear as a daily wear watch, too - it's unusual, and not very many people will have a watch like it. I'd recommend it.
