A Target Brand Watch

I picked up this Target brand watch with "China movement" because it was on sale for about $7 and looked like part of C3PO to me. Years and years ago. Barely straps to my apx 8-inch wrists (funny because I'm 5'9" so my thick bone structure doesn't fit my average height)

I have since picked up other watches. Replaced the battery in this one today. Forgot to get the gasket back in but I'm not sure it was very water resistant at this point anyway.

It was fun and kept the time for me, for a time ;)

I thought Target had some corny private label, Jack & Jill or something. Unbranded is preferable, at least to me. The LCD character design is surprisingly unique and alluring.

Maybe. This one just says "Target / China movement / some numbers" on the back.

Yeah, I have spent too much time watching that off-kilter circle fill and empty on this watch. It also has a daily alarm, stopwatch, and the whole screen glows green when the light button is pressed.

I had a really cool target brand watch years ago. It was a metal square which would turn my wrist green, had the same function as a Casio f91. I broke the crystal and it would've cost way more to fix than what the watch cost.

Yeah, luckily this plastic one hasn't turned my skin green. It has been more reliable than I thought it would be at-purchase.
