Nope, it’s a 40mm watch but due to the brilliant light-catcher case it fits very well. The curvature is also excellent (overstretched for the pic. Worn normally it fits like a glove)

Absolutely. You should be safe.
If you have a „flat“ wrist you should be even safer.
