This seems like the place to ask. I have some excellent - nice Apple watch bands 45mm 8 series. I want to convert them to fit 20-22mm lug widths on a normal watch. Any advice? They're third-party bands, so the Apple-specific inserts can be removed and replaced with pins. Not sure if there are any converters though. The band itself would be too wide. Just throwing it out there.

In my limited experience, straps to fit Apple Watch are 24mm, even 26. But you should start by seeing if you really can take those adapters off the end and measure them. Then look at adapters… it’s likely there are some for G-Shock at the very least, and those may also fit some watches with integrated bracelets (and the tiny 16mm lug within)

Yup. JayandKays are mostly 24mm.
