Prototype watchmakers?

I have had this watch design idea lingering in the back of my head for years now, does anyone have any experience working with some companies or individuals who are able to produce complex watch cases/dials/hands, ultra-low-volume, one-off? Anyone to recommend maybe?

Try 3d printing the part. Once printed it could be used to cast a metal version. Or a carved wax prototype to make a lost wax mold. Converting printed media to 3d data file is a steep learning curve. Design it around existing tech like the movement and crystal. You can reinvent the car without reinventing the wheel. Buy a cheap gas station watch and mock up what you want with clay on it to get an idea.
