Are there Regulators with Hours as Main Hand?

Asking for a friend who likes single hand watches like Meistersinger but still would like to have the minutes separately in a sub dial.

A regulator watch takes into consideration that the most important hand at a glance is the minute hand, therefore the minutes are always central on a regulator.

There may be other non-regulators that have this set up, but I am not aware.
