If my lug width is 23mm, is it better to go for 22mm or 24mm size straps?

If a NATO then go slighter wider rather than narrower.

For bracelets don’t bother 23mm or nothing.

For other straps … hmmm?

Yes, for Natos I’d also say go for 24 and all others I’d go for 22. However you need 23mm springbars to ensure a good fit
