Does anyone have any clues of what kind of vintage timepiece Christopher Nolan is wearing in this interview?

The theme of time is all over Christopher Nolan's work, and it makes me wonder if he himself is a passionate watch enthusiast.

Yes! That was the FIRST thing I noticed. Unfortunately I don’t have the answer. It’s looks like the band hinges on the side are larger than average, I was thinking it could be a Hamilton, he’s been sporting those the last 10 years or so. Just not sure. Does it look larger than a 40mm face?
It’s got that tiny symbol, is it the radiation warning???
