One of my favorite patients, a fellow watch nerd, a pleasant fellow in his 70s, came in to see me today. He normally wears his Rolex Air King but will sometimes come wearing an Islander dress watch. I showed him this Henry Archer and he went nuts. He wanted to know the name of the watch and to take a picture of it. I had to keep in mind that I had more patients to see but was a welcome respite to a very hard day. I wouldn't be surprised if he showed up wearing one of these at his next visit.
