It's a simple pour over setup-- 1ZPresso JX hand grinder, electric gooseneck kettle, digital scale, cone dripper, glass carafe, and double-walled glass cup.
Of the various recipes I've tried for V60-type & Kalita Wave drippers, I really like the recipes of Kurasu Kyoto. Just search them on YT. Theirs are simple to do, and yield more consistent results across my various drippers (e.g. Hario Mugen, Cafec, Hero, Kalita Wave, 102-style, etc.).
For Clever Dripper & French Press, I use the recipe and method of James Hoffmann.
