Personally, my criteria would be:
Thin and elegant
Smaller than 38mm (well if a wrist larger than 7inch, maybe 38 would look like a 35mm)
Time only
But really thin and elegant is my go to.
As such, for me, my vintage watches fit the bill
I love accuracy but honestly its not life or death matter. Listen when you buy a mechanical, you know its not going to be accurate. At the end of the day these are just toys to us. We get more accurate time everywhere else. But checking if accurate is still fun lol and sometimes you just love that a cheaper piece (400usd) could be more accurate than a metas or superlative chronometer
But if you want ultra accuracy, get a HAQ from grans seiko or citizen. My 9f GS has lost about 6 secs in 2 years
In this scenario and as a broke watch nerd, for me the richemont group. The amount of candy varied in different styles (sports, dress, rugged etc etc) yeah for sure. You get a lot of the grail brands in VC and ALS, JLC, Roger Dubuis and the sporty IWC and panerai (although not my cup of tea because again im poor and i have lady wrists at 6.34inc). If dreams were possible, that for sure
