So I visited this company from England to see how much "extra" I would have to pay to have a watch shipped over. I'm "assuming" that the higher the price the higher the duty fees will be. But I'm wondering if there is a limit let's say instead of this $1275 watch, I chose a $4k watch or even a $10k watch. Or does the duty fee go up as the price goes up?
Hello everyone I have been collecting watches for over 25 years now, I have way too many but I honestly love them all no matter what brand they are. I've recently left social media and now find myself...

I would imagine it’s a percentage, $110.69 is just about 11.5% of $1,275.
From a cursory google search about UK to US import duties, it looks like items are organized by category and each category has its own duty fee percentage bracket, regardless of size, weight or quality.
So I guess to answer your question, yes if you were to buy (for ease of example) a $12,750 it would be $1,106.90 in duty, or a $12.75 watch, you’d owe $1.11 in duty fee (you just know they round up).
Disclaimer: I am a guy who googled this on a bathroom break, I am not an expert
It's a percentage. Your shipping company will figure it out for you and charge it. It does depend a little on which metal, if it's automatic or quartz. You can look up the rate yourself, but you'll still get it wrong because it's confusing and there is other annoying fees and charges
