WatchCrunch saved me from instagram, I was spending too much darn time on that unhelpful unhealthy app during down time but since WatchCrunch I stopped visiting any other social media platforms and feel much better for it.

Yea it comes built it with the iPhone which is ironic given Apple does everything they possibly can to keep you stuck on there
