Hey crunchers, happy Sunday! I have a quick question for those of you who have sold your watches in the past. What is your preferred platform for selling a watch you no longer want? I refuse to use eBay any longer just fyi. The watches are a Hamilton and a Glycine so I doubt my preferred jeweler is a good option either. I will most likely go to Chrono24 but wanted to see if there were better options. Thanks in advance!

Reddit if you can figure the place out.
I've sold watches on WUS but you need a minium post count and a certain length of membership in order to access the sales section.
I use eBay for my first choice as it is the most secure but charges the most in fees. I have had one purchase from Chrono 24 and it went smoothly, but no experience as a seller. Reddit is good with no fees, but Lots of scammers and trolls so be very careful. I am curious as to why you no longer use eBay?
Watchexchange on Reddit seems to be where the action is now. I stopped using eBay myself as their fees got out of control.

Not to mention the scammers...

I have been scammed several times on other items, plus the fees are ridiculous. Plus you have to report sales over $600 to the IRS now.
r/watchexchange is the place.
