I have now completed 10 years of my National Service. As a token, received this Aviator watch. First impressions - it's a chunky watch though it's not so bad on the wrist. It has a unidirectional bezel so seems more like a diving watch instead of a pilot watch, despite the brand name. Bezel action is not great. Metal finishing is quite decent with a brushed metal case. It's a decent watch I suppose. Probably not something inwould wear often, but a nice memento of the time spent in National Service.
