The distinguished service medal for a watch

I was looking at my Nite Alpha and came to thinking. This watch has never let me down and always performed above and beyond the call of duty. If I could give it a medal for that, I would...

If you would give out a medal for a watch you own, which one would you give it to and for what?

Medal of Honor

Served through every condition possible since I bought it in 1976 . Never let me down and never stopped ticking, Showed signs of a watch nearing it's final mission when I decided to pump new life into it about 6 years ago with a well deserved restoration. Bezel and dial replaced with OEM parts and movement serviced. Everything else original. It'll probably outlive me.

That is a watch that defines our hobby. Not a disposable 'device', but an instrument that stands the test of time...
