Landeron Movement?!

I got this one on eBay after a long and drawn out waiting game. I'm sure we've all dabbled on eBay here and there, but I frequent the site a bit TOO much.. I had sat on this watch thinking it wouldn't gain much traction due to the mis-spelling of the brand name.. But just about an hour before the end of the auction, it jumps up $400 -_- Typical.. BUT I was not going to accept defeat, as I really wanted this piece. So clearly I won it lol

This watch is an absolute piece of art. From the Burnt Orange to the hands, lack of counterweight on the seconds hand, to the bezel and aquamarine lume. It sits at 12.5mm in height, but it fits nicely under my cuff and I barely feel the heft it has. I've never had a Landeron Swiss movement before, or any movement above 21,800 vph.. You can clearly tell the sweep is cleaner and much smoother. It's a no nonsense type of watch, which is exactly what I was looking for. It fits the perfect field/dive look I enjoy (Farr & Swit Wayfinder vibes) and the attention to detail is top notch! The next on my list is The Judge by Isotope, but I'm hoping I won't have to part with this piece in order to obtain it.

Isotope seems to go rather quick. I'll be on top of when they re-release the judge
