Glycine Repairs

Who do you recommend for the repair of a Glycine watch? The Lowen group is the corporate approved operation in the US. However, they have charged me lots of money and then returned my watches virtually untouched. One watch has been to them 4 times and never did get fixed. They do not reply to emails. I have requested help from Glycine corporate. The don't reply either. Surely there is somebody that can be trusted to perform legitimate work at a fair price. Please reply back with any suggestions.

Shame you've had such shoddy service, well I'd look for an independent (ask on here) to do your work, obviously you'd have to pay (is it still under warranty, if so a double bummer) and sourcing parts might be problematic. But when the big boys let you down go and find a little guy who cares about customer service (sorry I can't recommend you one as I'm in the UK) hope you sorted.

Pretty much all Glycine watches use ETA/Selitta movements so any reputable watch maker should be able to work on them. If the watch is in warranty I would go back to where you bought it from in the first instance.

I was contacted by Lowen group's lead repairman. All 3 watches have gone back to them, been repaired, and been returned. The 2 I had the biggest concern with are keeping nearly perfect time. Stunning improvement. Thanks for the support and feedback!
