Oris 7679 Pointer Date

First post to share my Oris BC Pointer Date 40mm. Now discontinued (in c.2019), this model has the more unusual flieger handset and raised Arabics on a stepped dial. Excellent quality and value. Much prefer this to more recent versions of the Pointer Date. Rarely discussed as a modern pilot watch, but ticks all the boxes for me!

That really is a big crown! The hands are cool, I do struggle with this era's pointer date marker though
