Merits of collecting a "set" of the same watch?
I'd be interested in your thoughts on collecting a "set" of the same watch? i.e all the colours.
While the make and model need to be collectable to start with and you have to decide you want to wear each watch, I'm wondering if a watch set or series is a collectable thing?

I am sure it’s not uncommon at all! I think everyone is drawn to the hobby for different reasons, and if having a the full set of a particular model brings you joy, then I say collect all the colors of the rainbow. I don’t think it’s too far off from the big Rolex collectors who have seem to have every flavor of the same submariner watch either.
