Looks great. BUT … the word SHOCK ruins it for me.
Why, why, why ?? My immediate reaction - it was a G Shock.
It takes the focus away from the red Timex.

Yeah, it looks plenty familiar. But the tweaks and color choices work pretty well. Kinda looks like something that would be standard issue for these guys:

Someone copied somone else’s homework. But i do agree with another commenter that the design changes work very well. But keeping “SHOCK” in there feels hubristic
