Merkur Military Tritium Mechanical. A Marathon Homage... BUT it's quite a bit bigger than the original which I like! Two issues however: the strap is essentially non removable and it doesn't hack.
Just saw "Just One More Watch"s review of this and comparison to the Marathon. He concluded that this is a better choice for the size and usability. Definitely a unique and good looking watch!
I did see Dave at Just the Watch (YouTube) review this. He showed that the "spring" bars can be removed with two small screwdrivers. I've seen complaints that they're tight, but Dave shows them being unscrewed. Check out this video at about 5:25 runtime...

Right I saw this too, but my screws bent my two screwdrivers! Merkur recommended heating things up... But essentially in order to get the bars off the current strap will need to die. 🙂
They did send spare bars with the watch too so I'll just wait until the strap is toast before I go crazy on it.

Hmmm… Sounds as if they used the wrong formula of Loctite, doesn’t it?
I’m really tempted by this watch, too. But given some other MERKUR/Chinese offerings available for less, I just wish it was a bit cheaper. Not that it isn’t worth its affordable price, just not money I need to spend to have one. 🤝
Addendum: the first “watch” screwdrivers I had in a cheap Amazon toolkit would probably have bent, too. I upgraded to a much better small set from Esslinger. Better screwdrivers might do the trick! 👍🏻
