These Swatch watches are actually quite interesting
As I was walking in a mall today, instead of doing anything useful, I walked into a Swatch boutique and tried on a Sistem 51 automatic with a decent dial design.
The movement doesn’t hack and the seconds hand jumps back and forth when adjusting the time, so it doesn’t feel like it’ll resist any abuse or even live long, but I can’t say I am un-interested.
I also took a peak at these quartz chronos and a field-like 3-hander.
What do you guys think?

Looks like a lot of people feel the same. Many say the quality just isn’t there. I can’t see how the Blancpain would be any different.
What’s the next one going to be? The ExploSwatch? The SwatchMariner? 🤨

The black mechanical pilot watch was 295CAD the others were in the 200 CAD range.
