Upgrade path, the road to grails
Does anyone else have an upgrade path? After another WC member posted about watch collecting not being linear, and as our taste in watches changes over time, I thought about the end goal for each of my watches. Obviously as things change, money/style then these may change again but this is where I currently am and where I am going. The CW Dartmouth and the Seiko kinetic Tuna are already set in stone and going nowhere.

Absolutely the way to go. I'm slowly upgrading & refining, with the aim of half a dozen high quality pieces. I've got 4, SM300, Aqua Terra, Seamaster Mariner 1 & Willard (got black one & green one but count them as one - yeah, I know....😂)
Would like a Tudor or Vertex next then nearly done.... In theory. 😜
I’ve set a limit on the number of watches I can have so I’m looking at upgrading, but I don’t have any plan with it. I’m just going to see what comes.
I have no path. I could buy a Rolex one day and a G-Shock the next.
