I see it is Swiss made so if I under stand the history correct this would put it post 1952 when Waltham started importing Swiss movements unless that marking mean assembled in Switzerland then it is post 1954 with the Waltham Swiss subsidiary. After 1957 I believe the company was sold a few times and bounced around where watches were made.
And I think it is gold plated from the info on the case back.

My guess is gold plated too. The dial says Swiss made. I sort of assumed 60’s era.inappreciate the info!
