My GS9 recap 2023
I’ve been to the AD level gs9 event before but this was the first large scale one. There was definitely a lot going on and always had something to do.
They had a lot of displays of movement components and I think every modern model to try on.
A big highlight for me was checking out some of the masterpiece collection. I wish I was able to stay in there longer but there was alot of people waiting and a good chunk couldn’t event get in since all the slots filled up.
The panels were pretty cool. They had an FAQ panel but I had to bounce since it was my time slot for the masterpiece viewing. The panel with all the guest speakers was pretty fun. I also shared the same elevator with Kevin O’Leary. I helped them find the efficient way to get into the event hall.
It was a blast and I hope I can go to the next one.
Still don’t know the hell this was supposed to be.

Nice! It was a great event...but that loud music at the end was a bit too much for me and the wife...we went next door and had a nice dinner instead.

The ceiling smoke thing and the drumming was definitely overkill.
The AD events are typically average since they just feed you. No panels or anything. The one big one a year is where it’s at.
