Edit: Baume and Mercier, purportedly, 1960's from the look of it, with what looks like lots of wear.

Appears to be B&M as others have said. The heavy corrosion on the right hand side suggests a plated case in not great condition.
Quite hard to tell without uncasing the movement, but the dial seems to have wear or water damage.
