Intel needed on Chrono24 private seller - Certified Check?
Any intel on buying from a private seller on Chrono24?
Is this Certified check for $199 good? Watch cost several thousand so prob would do regardless just to have some assurance.
In private msg seller agreed to 48 hour notice for return policy but not sure how'd I enforce it other than challenging credit card charge.

I can't speak to it from Chrono24, but I did have it done via an eBay purchase, and it definitely gave me an additional piece of mind knowing that a 3rd party validated the watch.
On a $300 watch, probably not worth it.
On a $3,000 watch, probably not a bad idea.
On a $7,000 watch, I'd probably travel to the seller's location and meet at a LWM for them to do the check.
I've never done this for watches, but I have for vintage firearms.
