It's strange, I just went on Certina's website and this watch seems to be called DS-8 now.
Stranger (thing), when I zoom on the backside picture, I see DS-4 engraved in the caseback

Yeah, that's the new one, but it doesn't have the wave pattern anymore
Lug to lug is wearable, but I don't know the exact measurement
