#FridayNightLumeBattle

Tonight's photography session presented a unique challenge. In complete darkness, the luminosity of the watch's lume was so intense that it inadvertently highlighted the logo and text on the dial, which I initially wanted to keep a surprise. I had to patiently wait for the lume to subside to a dimmer glow to capture a clearer image that didn't give away the watch's identity. Below are additional photos showcasing this effect and some other shots taken under low light conditions to illustrate the struggle and the outcome.

This was the very first photo I took in complete darkness. The lume was way too bright and shows too much detail on the dial.

After waiting for two minutes, the lume intensity decreased slightly, but it wasn’t until eight minutes later that I was able to take a clearer shot that didn’t reveal the dial text. The first photo offers a closer look, while the second provides a wider perspective.

It’s quite a challenge to keep perfectly still for a three-second exposure!

But patience paid off, and I’m thrilled to present the stunning GMT-Master II 126720VTBR, affectionately known as the “Sprite,” in all its radiant glory.

Absolutely, it's the gift that keeps on ticking! I do need to diversify my wrist time this weekend, though. Otherwise, I'm at risk of a rebellion from the rest of my collection!
