Collecting What You Like
Before I became focused on watches I collected several things. One of the things I still collect, though with less intense focus, is knives. Not particularly specific just knives I like. Some are handmade, some are fanciful (though not fancy) though all are tools. The most expensive is arguably the least shiny. I devote less time to knives because my current employer takes a dim view of knives on property so I can't just go around with two or three on me, lol. Oh well, more time for watches!

I am a minor knife collector also. I cut back when prices started rising. I collect Spyderco and Helle, and recently got interested in Opinel. But, watches are the new thing, though I have my eye on a new Spyderco to carry on my daily run!
