I’ve got a 6.5 inch. As much as I like the ‘proper’ Speedmaster, I just can’t pull it off with my weedy wrist 🤦🏻♂️
My wrist is 6" even, so I feel you there! 😂 I've wanted a moon watch for a while, but the "real" moonwatches would look like a parking boot on my wrist. And in a real-life, practical sense, I prefer a solar movement anyway, so it would be hard to justify.

Same here 6.5 .. im hunting for the "reduced" too ... my wrist can only tolerate lug to lug less than 45, max 46 if have too ..

As they’re not true Speedmasters they do show up occasional at a reasonable price. Good luck with the hunt!
