  2. No complications
  3. Sapphire crystal 
  4. Minimum 100m water resistance 
  5. Type A dial
  6. Quartz or Auto Japanese movement 
  7. Decent lume

All for under $1000?

It's almost like a dive watch, but the type a dial might be a bit tough!

Yes, It is. i am surprised that three handed, numbered dial, with a 12 hour bezel is barely an option.
