Greetings everyone, thought I would say hello from a miserable Ireland and get my first post out of the way. Hope you’re all well and looking forward to some interesting chat & banter. Cheers

I just joined and literally I have been thinking about the Zenith Defy Skeleton....so it's meant to be!
Had the watch for a few months now and no complaints so far, very comfortable on the wrist.
Zenith's defy series is absolutely amazing.
Always loved the skeletonized dial on this watch. May I ask a question? How quickly do you read the date? Is there any "delay" so to speak in comparison to perhaps some other watches you have or have handled with a white date disk and black numbers?

If I’m being honest I rarely use the date on any of my watches, however on the Zenith if I do there certainly is a delay. In comparison to my SD43 the date is unavoidable when reading the time.

Thanks for the answer and truth be told if we're comparing any date complication (with the exception of big dates) to any Rolex watch with a magnifying glass, they will always be slower to read hahaha
