Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec

Carl F. Bucherer Patravi ScubaTec. The case is 44.6mm wide, 13.45mm thick and has a lug-to-lug distance 52mm. Water resistant to 500 meters, it has an automatic helium escape valve for all my saturation desk diving. The massive stainless steel bracelet, combines satin and polished finish in a 5 link staggered pattern. It includes an on the fly adjustment and an additional divers extension. It's held to the case with screws and bars and the links are held together with screws. The dial is made up of the silhouette of manta rays, there are applied indices, diamond polished with generous Super-LumiNova on the markers and hands. To help protect the threatened manta ray, CFB sponsors the Manta Trust charitable organization. As a sign of the company's commitment, two of these creatures are engraved on the back of the case. Very well done The Diver is powered by Automatic CFB 1950.1 based on a ETA 2892-A2 automatic movement that has been regulated in-house by Carl F. Bucherer and also given a COSC Chronometer certification. The newer ones have a Sellita SW200-1. All pivot on 25 jewels. As big as this beastie is, it is remarkably easy to adjust and very comfortable to wear.

I own a scubatec with a white dial. I really love this heavy and massive piece. I wears smaller as it sounds, but with a remarkable weight. Love it 🤩
