Where do you buy your Vintage Watches ⌚🤔🤷‍♂️?!

For me the best are local advertisements. For example someone who found watches in a garage, is not a watch collector and is selling 10 watches for price of 1 😉 

For sure my Bro 💪 😃! That is the ideal situation when thrifting. Finding that gem at an ultimate discount price ⌚👍.

Have had some bad experience with vintage watches back in the days when i first started collecting, still havent walked out from that. 

Since then i ll buy used watches, but have been steering fairly clear from the vintage ones whenever i can. 

Totally understand. I to have lost a few hundred dollars here and there when first starting my quest into Vintage Watches😅😊. Nevertheless, Vintage became something beautiful to explore. It is not an easy road, far from it. But there is so much satisfaction in taking in all that historical information when learning about Vintage Watches. Purchasing mistakes are part of the learning process. There is no logical explanation as to why pursue the "Vintage Animal"⌚👹😂😃. I guess it is merely out of passion and interest😃👍💪.

Gotta say i reckon buying vintage watches is a lot safer than two decades ago, too bad thats the time i fell into that rabbit hole. 

With the information we can find these days, as long as we take our time to do research, ask around, check thoroughly, its way safer now.

It used to be buying book after book, magazines about a particular watch, and quite often they were in other languages that you cant read... 🥶

Great infos, good stores are a must for vintage watch shopping! Looking for a good watchmaker who also sells vintage watch is a good idea as well :)

Yes 💯%👍! My watchmaker is 76 years of age and sometines has a few Vintage Pieces. But what I really have my eye on are some of his pocket watches, clocks 🕰️😀. I'll let you guys in on a secret, I also eyeballed a marine chronometer in his shop 👀😁!
