Longines L36874566 - Conquest GMT Automatic - a "true" GMT?

Hi y'all,

The cited model is somewhat outdated, and as Longines seems currently very interested in marketing the new (quartz ) Conquest VHP GMT as well as the even newer Spirit Zulu Time GMT, the Conquest GMT Automatic can at present be purchased for far less than its original RRP.

The caliber used is ETA's Valgranges A07.171.

Do you know if it's a "True" or "Caller" GMT?

Also, if anyone had personal experience handling it, any comments will be very appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi. I tried this watch on recently as I like the Conquest automatic (300m water resist).   It is a caller GMT as the GMT hand is adjusted separately and not a jumping hour hand.  It was very chunky, I think around 15mm thick.  When I changed the time it took a long time for the date to change over i.e. did not instantly change around midnight and also only 50m water resistant.  If it had better water resistance, was a bit thinner and was a true GMT I would have seriously considered it.
